Most agents disappear for a week at a time. Vacations, closings, a Tuesday full of showings. Meanwhile the listing you wanted goes firm on Saturday and nobody called you.

Two of us solves that. One is always reachable, both know every file, and you never get handed to an assistant who has to catch up. That's the practical version of what we call 25hr service: twenty-four hours in the day, and one more from us.

Between us we bring more than 40 years of combined experience and a deep understanding of the London, Elgin and Middlesex markets. We watch market conditions, pricing trends and local developments closely, so whether you are buying or selling, you get informed advice, strategic negotiation and the best possible outcome.

Mackenzie Hinschberger

Sales Representative, RE/MAX Centre City Realty Inc.

Originally from London, Mackenzie is nearing the end of his sixth year as a sales representative, working in partnership with Dan at RE/MAX Centre City.

Before real estate, Mackenzie built his foundation in construction and development. He started framing residential and commercial buildings as a teenager, then specialized in high end renovations with a respected local general contractor. While earning his Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Guelph, he and a partner launched a wood supply business, milling logs into premium products for local woodworkers. He went on to work in the heavy equipment industry.

That hands-on background gives him a sharp eye for potential issues when he's helping clients find a home, especially in a challenging market. For sellers, he's happy to pitch in on small, last minute renovation projects to get a property ready for listing.

Dan has been selling real estate in London for 35 years, earning top sales credentials throughout a career built on 25hr service.

Dan specializes in residential sales across the city, with a soft spot for older homes and income properties around Western University. As an investment property owner, Dan is just as comfortable with investors as with first-time buyers, retirees and families relocating to London.

From pricing and listing a home to finding the right one and negotiating the offer, Dan handles every part of the move. Looking ahead, the goal is to build a top performing team that covers the whole city.

Do you know someone who can fix this?

We consider ourselves among the best-connected real estate professionals in the area for construction, repairs and renovations. When a project goes beyond what we can help with directly, we draw on a trusted network of preferred contractors and trades who know the standard we expect.

We also own a dump trailer that clients can sometimes use for renovation tear-outs, cleanups or moves, subject to availability and terms.

Is it a good time to buy?

We follow trends, market conditions, interest rates, inventory and local activity closely. We won't tell you the best time to buy was yesterday, or to date the rate and marry the house.
