Our commitment

We are committed to providing services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities, in line with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and its Integrated Accessibility Standards.

This website

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA. That includes:

• A skip link and a logical heading structure, so keyboard and screen reader users can move around easily.
• Every feature, including menus, forms, tabs and calculators, works with a keyboard and shows a visible focus outline.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images, and labels on every form field.
• Colour contrast that meets AA, text that can be resized, and layouts that work on phones.
• Reduced motion when your device asks for it.

Content from others

Some content comes from third parties, such as the MLS® listing search and embedded videos or maps. We choose providers with accessibility in mind, but we can't fully control their content. If something there doesn't work for you, contact us and we'll get you the information another way.

If you need any information on this site in another format, such as large print, or help by phone or email, just ask and we'll provide it promptly at no cost. We also welcome feedback on how we can do better.
